Can I make a purchase greater than $100,000?
The minimum deposit required is $100,000 but if you wish to make a purchase above that, you may.
Can I split hours between aircraft?
You can purchase a combination card; allocating hours of flight time on two different aircraft provided that the total minimum purchase is $100,000. Combination cards can be purchased for the Bravo, XLS & Sovereign.
Will my hours ever expire?
At the end of your contract year, you have the option to apply your remaining account balance toward a new card or request a full refund for any unused hours.
What types of aircraft are available for the Vector JetCard?
Our fleet is comprised exclusively of Cessna Citations, the world’s most popular business jets. Available aircraft for Vector JetCard customers are the seven-passenger Bravo, the nine-passenger XLS and the nine-passenger Sovereign.
How much advance notice do you require to schedule a trip?
We require 8-hours advance notice for a guaranteed trip within the 48 contiguous states and 24-hours advance notice for international flights. To modify or cancel an existing request, 4-hours advance notice is required.
Do I have to share the airplane when I want to fly?
The only passengers that are on the aircraft for your scheduled trip are you and/or your guests.
How far can you fly?
Range depends on a number of factors, such as the number of passengers and baggage, weather conditions and routing from Air Traffic Control. To determine how well a given model will match your needs, contact your Regional Sales Director.
What are the pilots’ qualifications and training compared to the industry?
CitationShares has the highest standards for pilot qualifications among all the fractional programs. All flight crew members are airline transport certified, type-rated and captain-qualified. Captains are on average 43 years of age and have over 7,000 hours of flight experience. First Officers are on average 40 years of age and have over 7,000 hours of flight experience.
