Citelines Fractional Ownership

What are the advantages over whole aircraft ownership?

With a fractional share, you gain access to an entire fleet and have the ability to upgrade or downgrade to larger or smaller aircraft when available. You have no management concerns as a fractional owner. You simply put in your request for an aircraft when you need to fly and our program takes care of the rest.

What are the advantages over charter?

While there are many reputable charter companies, the advantage of fractional ownership is that you know who is maintaining your aircraft and training your pilots. Charter often involves “positioning” costs and cannot always provide the aircraft you want, when you want it.

What is the smallest share size I can buy and how many flight hours does that provide?

The smallest share size you can purchase is a 1/16th share, which is equivalent to 50 annual occupied flight hours.

Can I fly whenever I want?
With Citelines, you can choose to fly 365 days, 350 days, 335 days or 320 days a year. The more premium travel days eliminated, the higher the cost savings.  Please contact your Regional Sales Director for a list of premium travel days.

Do I have to share the airplane when I want to fly?

The only passengers that are on the aircraft for your scheduled trip are you and/or your guests.

How much advance notice do you require to schedule a trip?

We require 8-hour advance notice for a guaranteed trip within the 48 contiguous states and 24-hour advance notice for international flights. When a trip is requested with less than 8 hours notice, we do everything we can to accommodate our owners. To modify or cancel an existing request, 4 hours advance notice is required.

Aircraft

What type of aircraft do you have in your fleet?

Our fleet is comprised exclusively of new Cessna Citations, the world’s most popular business jets: the the six-passenger CJ3, seven-passenger Bravo, the nine-passenger XLS and the nine-passenger Sovereign with coast-to coast capabilities.

How far can your aircraft fly?

Range depends on a number of factors, such as the number of passengers and baggage, weather conditions and routing from Air Traffic Control. To determine how well a given model will match your needs, contact your Regional Sales Director.

For the aircraft in your program, what kind of residual value can I expect?

Cessna Citations have historically held their value better than any other manufacturer’s airplanes and because we maintain our aircraft to the highest standards, our owners can be assured of a superior residual value for their aircraft. This is one key reason you will incur lower overall costs in our program. Please ask your Regional Sales Director for a residual value chart of the plane you are considering.

What amenities do your aircraft include?

Our aircraft are all equipped with private aft lavatories, telephone, data ports, 110V AC outlets, cabin flight information systems, and standard snacks and beverages. Full catering can be ordered upon request.

Citelines Fractional Pricing

What are all the program costs involved?

Citelines fractional ownership has two cost components: The initial purchase price and one all-inclusive operating cost, that covers all charges and fees. There are no repositioning fees or hidden costs. The cost can be split into monthly payments, or paid upfront annually at a discount.

Do you charge a premium for 1/16th shares?

We do not charge a premium for 1/16th shares as some fractional programs do. The purchase price, management fees and hourly rates increase on a linear scale that is directly proportional to the share size.

How do you calculate flight time?

The flight time includes the actual flight time plus six minutes for takeoff and six minutes for landing.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment in the form of check or wire transfer. Also, if you choose to finance, you can do so through the financial institution of your choice. For your convenience we are happy to introduce you to Cessna Finance Corporation, which offers competitive rates.
