CITELINES FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

How Citelines Fractional Program Works

Fractional Jet Ownership is available for 3 aircraft:

Citation CJ3

Citation XLS

Citation Sovereign

Understanding Citelines Fractional Ownership

Citelines fractional ownership has two cost components: The upfront purchase price of the share and one all-inclusive operating cost.

Citelines Fractional Ownership

Provides individuals and businesses all the benefits of whole aircraft ownership at a fraction of the cost and without the management responsibilities. Unlike a time-share, you are not restricted if another shareowner of your specific aircraft is using it.  As a customer, you gain access to the entire program fleet, so that when your specific aircraft is unavailable, you are provided with a comparable or larger aircraft.

Share

By purchasing a share in a particular aircraft, you gain access to an entire fleet of similar aircraft and are allotted a specific number of flight hours each year. The minimum purchase is a 1/16 share, providing 50 annual occupied flight hours.

Purchase Price

A one-time acquisition cost for your asset, based on the selling price of whole aircraft multiplied by the percentage of shared interest.

Premium Travel Day Options

There are 4 program options, which allows you to choose how much you wish to pay to fly with CitationShares.  Simply pick which of the 4 convenient packages best fits your needs:  365 days, 350 days, 335 days, or 320 days a year.  The more premium travel days eliminated, the greater your savings.

All-Inclusive Operating Cost

One predictable annual cost that covers all charges and fees.  There are no repositioning fees or hidden costs.  Your operating cost can be split into equal monthly payments, or paid annually at a discount.

Contract Term

The contract term is five years. After the first year, at any time and for the remaining term of the contract, customers have the option of selling back   their interest to CitationShares for the fair market value at that time, plus a modest remarketing fee.
